WORKCOVER AND WORKSAFE PHYSIOTHERAPY

Atlas Physio is pleased to provide services to WorkSafe clients. Treatment under WorkSafe differs from private care, so please note the following:

Claim number required 

​

To access subsidised services, you must provide a WorkSafe claim number. If unavailable, we’ll need your name, date of birth, accident date, injury details, and surgery date if relevant. Without these, subsidised rates cannot be applied, though you may still receive physiotherapy at standard rates with receipts provided.

​

No referral needed 

​

You do not need a medical referral to begin WorkSafe treatment. A valid claim number is all that’s required to start.

​

Reassessment and Reporting 

​

Subsidised treatment requires ongoing progress reviews and reports to WorkSafe or other relevant parties. Atlas Physio will always respect your privacy and minimise exposure of personal information. Please refer to our consent form or ask if you have questions about these procedures.

No additional fees 

​

WorkSafe sets the maximum consultation fee, and Atlas Physio will never charge above this rate. You may only be responsible for optional extras such as gym memberships, equipment, or out‑of‑clinic costs.

​

At Atlas Physio, we provide education, structured management, and ongoing monitoring both in-clinic and beyond. Our practice is open seven days a week, offering out-of-hours appointments with flexible scheduling on evenings and weekends, as well as bulk-billed services in a convenient location to ensure you receive the care you need.
