These services are available for clients unable to attend our clinic, those seeking more convenient or time‑sensitive consultations, or individuals whose health prevents them from leaving their residence or care facility.

Home visits differ from standard clinic appointments, so please note the following:

Scheduling

Home visits cannot be booked online. To arrange one, call 0400 174 015 to speak directly with a clinician.

Payment

​

Home visits are charged differently to in‑clinic sessions to cover travel, time, and the unique needs of in‑home care. Please review our fee schedule for details.

Attendance Policy

​

Once confirmed, you must be present at the nominated address and time. If you live in a gated community, critical care unit, or other secure location, please ensure administrators are informed of the appointment.

Cancellation Policy

​

Home visits may be cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Confidentiality

​

In assisted retirement homes, aged‑care facilities, domiciles, or critical care units, our clinicians may need to liaise with other medical staff. In all cases, Atlas Physio follows its consent and privacy policy and will always respect patient confidentiality.

Our practice is open seven days a week, offering out-of-hours appointments with flexible scheduling on evenings and weekends, as well as bulk-billed services in a convenient location to ensure you receive the care you need.
