OUR MISSION & PRINCIPLES
Our mission is to support our clients and community, to work in collaboration to build, improve, and sustain our clients' capabilities to access and respond to the unique demands of their lives and the world around them, and to live in an easy, pain-free, and minimally effortful manner through Supportive, Accessible, Flexible, Effective and Respectful healthcare. These principles translate our mission into action, from the first time you speak to us to the last time you walk out of our door. We work to support the health, wellbeing, and fullness of life of our patients, and this is reflected in our principles.

SUPPORTIVE
We work to support our clients through injury, rehabilitation, and collaboration. This involves liaison with clients outside of the clinic. We also work with medical professionals, referral to specialists, and advocate for care as needed. Supportive healthcare is the foundation of a good client-therapist relationship and ensures our patients receive the care they need.
ACCESSIBLE
FLEXIBLE
We offer flexible and accessible scheduling and will do our best to accommodate changes in individual availability and capacity. We are happy to provide services in homes, and in the community, and to accommodate requests for appointment changes as able to minimise treatment disruptions.
EFFECTIVE
We conduct effective, evidence-based treatment in a professional and forthright manner, delivered after discussion, within the context of a plan, and under monitoring and review. We provide treatments with a view to promoting patient independence, supporting gains made within the clinic in daily life, through collaboration with the patient.
RESPECTFUL
We acknowledge the identity, dignity, and individuality of our clients, respecting their lives, their preferences, culture and their lived experiences. We offer accommodations for all of our patients, across all identities and individualities, and provide treatment in a comfortable, caring, and considered manner.
