TELEHEALTH PHYSIOTHERAPY

Atlas Physio offers remote treatment via Telehealth for clients unable to attend clinic due to illness, transport issues, mobility difficulties, or other factors. Telehealth differs from in-clinic or home visits, so please note the following:

Calling Link Required 

​

Telehealth sessions require a ZOOM link, which we will prepare in advance. Please ensure you have:

​

  • A stable internet connection for audio and video throughout the appointment

  • A device capable of video and audio calls, fully charged

  • A clear, well-lit space free of obstructions

​

No Referral Needed 

​

Physiotherapists are direct contact practitioners, so no medical referral is required for Telehealth. All you need is a confirmed ZOOM link and appointment time to begin treatment.

​

Eligibility 

​

Telehealth is available only to clients already assessed in clinic or under specific circumstances. Initial assessments involve physical testing and observation, which cannot be completed remotely. Therefore, Telehealth is limited to patients known to the clinic and assessed for their current condition.

​

Payment

​

Payment is due on the day of the appointment. Invoices and private health claims are processed via bank transfer, with details provided. Atlas Physio will not charge above the standard consultation rate. Gym memberships, equipment, and out-of-clinic costs remain the client’s responsibility.

​

Our clinic operates seven days a week, providing flexible evening and weekend appointments, out-of-hours availability, and bulk-billed services at a convenient location so you can access the care you require.
