Atlas Physio proudly provides services through Home Care Package providers. These packages are government-funded amounts given to older people to help them live independently. Funding levels depend on individual needs, assessed by an independent agency.

Patients can use their Home Care Package for nursing, care, social, support, and well-being services, as well as certain equipment and home modifications to ensure safety at home. When physiotherapy is delivered under a package, Atlas Physio liaises directly with the provider.

Reporting

Sessions require reporting to the provider, detailing progress, challenges, and therapy engagement. Atlas Physio complies with its Consent and Privacy policy.

Payment

Home Care visits are billed differently from clinic visits to cover travel, time, and unique in-home needs. See our fee schedule for details.

Attendance Policy

Once scheduled, clients must be present at the nominated address and time. For gated communities, critical care units, or secure facilities, clients must notify administrators of the appointment.

Cancellation Policy

Visits may be cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Confidentiality

In retirement homes, aged care facilities, or supervised residences, clinicians may liaise with other medical staff. Atlas Physio always follows its consent and privacy guidelines and respects patient confidentiality.
