DVA & VETERANS'
PHYSIOTHERAPY
Atlas Physio proudly provides care for DVA White Card, Gold Card, and Gold-TPI Card holders. Treatment as a DVA client differs from private care, so please note the following:
Doctor’s Referral Required

To access DVA-subsidised services, you must have a GP referral outlining session numbers, assessed issues, and goals. Each referral allows up to 12 physiotherapy sessions before renewal is needed. Bring this referral to your appointment, as it is essential for billing. DVA clients must also present:

-
A valid (non-expired) White or Gold Card
-
I.D. with full name and date of birth

Without these, subsidised rates cannot be applied, though standard physiotherapy remains available with receipts provided.

Reassessment and Reporting

Subsidised treatment requires ongoing reassessment and reporting of your progress to relevant authorities at intervals or upon request. Atlas Physio respects your privacy and minimises exposure of personal information. Speak with your clinician if you have questions about DVA procedures.

No Gap Fees

The Department of Veteran’s Affairs sets the maximum payable fee for consultations. Atlas Physio will never charge above this rate—there are no gap fees for standard appointments. Please note, however, that gym memberships, equipment, or out-of-clinic expenses remain your responsibility.

At Atlas Physio, we deliver structured management, education, and consistent monitoring both within the clinic and beyond. Our clinic operates seven days a week, providing flexible evening and weekend appointments, out-of-hours availability, and bulk-billed services at a convenient location so you can access the care you require.
